30 minutes · With an engineer · No obligation

Who this is for

Built for document-heavy teams

Accounting and audit firms

Buried in manual data entry and reconciliation between systems that were never meant to talk to each other.

Corporate services and fiduciary firms

Managing repetitive compliance paperwork, entity records, and filings that follow the same steps every time.

Law firms

Drafting, reviewing, and processing the same documents over and over, with the details changing but the shape staying identical.

Clinics and insurance offices

Handling forms, patient or client intake, and claims by hand because no system covers the whole path end to end.

Property management firms

Juggling tenancy paperwork, renewals, and maintenance requests across email, spreadsheets, and a portal that covers only part of the job.

Any operations-heavy SME

Where a few people spend hours a week on repetitive digital work that nobody would miss if it ran itself.

The problem

The work that quietly eats the week

None of this shows up as a line item. It shows up as people staying late and a team that grows faster than the work does.

  • Staff re-type the same data between systems that don't talk to each other
  • Documents get processed by hand: intake forms, invoices, contracts, claims
  • Client onboarding takes days because every step needs a person
  • Monthly reporting gets stitched together manually
  • Chasing missing documents and signatures happens by email, one reminder at a time
  • Growth means hiring more people to do the same repetitive work, not less of it
What the audit includes

Thirty minutes, and something to show for it

  • A 30-minute call with a Novemind engineer, not a salesperson
  • We map your current workflow and find where manual work costs the most time
  • We tell you honestly whether AI automation fits your problem, or whether it doesn't
  • You get a short written summary of what we found and what we'd recommend
  • No obligation, and no pressure to buy anything afterward
What we won’t do

The parts most people don’t put in writing

  • We won't promise a fixed time-savings number before we've looked at your workflow
  • We won't recommend automating something that shouldn't be automated
  • We won't sell you a platform license or subscription; we build and hand over what we build
  • We won't ask for access to your systems or data during the audit call itself
  • We won't pressure you into the paid step. The audit stands on its own
FAQ

Common questions

What the audit is, what it costs, and what happens next.

  • Yes. No cost, no obligation, and we won't ask for payment details. You get 30 minutes with an engineer and a short written summary of what we found.

  • If there's a good opportunity, we propose a scoped one-week paid prototype. For larger scope, we send a written proposal instead. You decide whether to continue, and nothing starts until you say so.

  • Not for the audit call. We work from how you describe your workflow. If you move to the paid step, access and security are agreed separately, in writing, before anything starts.

  • We'll say so. Not everything should be automated, and some problems are better solved by fixing a process or a piece of software than by adding a model to them. We don't recommend automation just to make a sale.

  • We're a Cyprus-based software company that builds and maintains production systems, so the result is something you own and can keep running, not a workflow tied to one person or one tool's subscription.

  • It depends entirely on what the audit finds, so we don't quote a number before we've seen the work. Whatever we propose comes as a written scope and price you can say no to.
