From €2,500 excluding VAT, depending on the workflow, with AI model usage during the week included. You get a fixed price in writing at kick-off, before any work starts.
Yes. If you go ahead with the full build or a ready-made product, the pilot fee is credited against the setup cost.
No, but it helps. If you already know which workflow you want to automate, we scope it in the kick-off call instead.
A sample of real data (anonymised is fine), about an hour on day 1 and day 5 with the person who knows the workflow, and access to any test accounts the prototype needs.
It is used only for the pilot. Access, storage, and security are agreed in writing before we start.
If the result is good, we send a fixed-price proposal for the full build. You can also stop there. The report and the prototype are yours either way.
