On infrastructure agreed with you, with EU hosting available. You decide how long conversations are kept and who can read them, and we set this in writing before launch. Messages are processed by an AI model provider we agree with you in advance.
Yes. Every conversation is saved, and the monthly report shows the most common questions, which often shows what to add to your website.
Setup from €500, plus from €49 per month, which covers hosting, monitoring, updates, a monthly report, and AI model usage for up to 500 conversations a month. You don't need your own AI account. If you regularly go over, we agree a higher limit with you first. Prices exclude VAT.
