Every year we refresh your site so it never looks dated. On Starter that means updated imagery and a copy tidy. On Business and Pro it is a fuller design refresh: a new hero, refreshed sections, and updated brand touches. On top of that, every two years we rebuild the design from the ground up so your site is never more than a couple of years old. Starter and Business get a fresh custom redesign, and Pro a fully custom one. Security and dependency updates run continuously in the background, not once a year. It is all included in your monthly fee, at no extra cost.
No. The price you start on is locked for as long as you stay on your plan. We may launch higher prices for new customers over time, but your rate does not change underneath you. Staying with us should be rewarded, not penalised.
Yes. All plans require a 12-month minimum commitment. This lets us absorb the upfront build cost and keep the monthly fee low. After the first year, you can continue month-to-month or cancel with 30 days notice.
You do. You own the domain, the content, and any custom code we write for you. If you ever decide to leave, we hand over everything: a copy of the site, the database, and any credentials. No lock-in tactics.
Nothing changes by default. The same monthly fee continues and so does the service. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice, switch to a different plan, or move to a one-time license fee if you prefer to take the site fully in-house.
Most websites need ongoing work. Content updates, security patches, plugin upgrades, hosting fees, and the occasional bug. A monthly plan rolls all of that into one predictable cost. No surprise invoices and no months where you forget the site exists.
Yes. Pay 12 months upfront and get one month free (effectively a ~8% discount). Get in touch to arrange this.
You can upgrade at any time. We will prorate the difference and start work on the new features straight away. Downgrading is also possible, but only at renewal.
Some features (like e-commerce, booking, or member areas) are available on the Business plan as scoped add-ons rather than being included by default. We quote a one-time build fee plus a small monthly increment based on the scope you need. On the Pro plan these features are included.
Basic integrations cover common no-code connections such as contact forms to your CRM or inbox, newsletter signup to Mailchimp or similar, payment buttons (Stripe, PayPal), Google Maps embeds, Calendly, and social media feeds. Advanced integrations cover custom API work: multi-system data syncs, ERP and accounting platforms, custom authentication, webhooks, and anything that needs us to write backend code to connect two systems.
Not as part of the website plans. We focus on building and running the site itself. If you want help with Google Ads, SEO content, or social media, we offer separate marketing retainers we can scope after the site is live.
Starter sites usually launch in 2 to 3 weeks. Business plans take 4 to 6 weeks. Pro plans depend on scope, typically 8 to 12 weeks. We charge from month one regardless, so we have an incentive to move fast.
